Our Logo   "The countryside and coastline at Chilling and Brownwich are some of the real treasures of our area. If we are to protect it, the County Council needs to understand how much opposition there is in our community to their destruction by gravel extraction. We need to make our voices heard. Please don’t leave it to someone else to speak up on your behalf." - 12/12/2007 Mark Hoban MP for Fareham

How to Object

The official consultation extended deadline has passed. However you can still use email to let the council and your local councillor know your views. See our contact page for email addresses.

Easiest way is to email : planning.policy@hants.gov.uk Click on the link to start an email to them with the subject already filled in with reference.

Then list your reasons why you object in the message body.

Alternatively you can write to :-
Melissa Spriggs Principal Planning Officer
Hampshire County Council
Environment Dept
The Castle
Winchester
SO23 8UD
01962 841841
Again quote the reference pAPA4 and your reasons why you object.

You can also use the online consultation website here but we have had reports of the initial signup procedure taking 24 hours. You must signup before you can object. Please note that you need to use the add icon that is just below and to the right of the Chilling/Brownwich  Site Map (pAPA4). The Chilling and Brownwich Farm site is on the Appendix 3 - Alternative preferred sites and preferred areas page here.
